Full disclosure – we’ve always loved our wines… But as time went on, the more & more we went out to our favourite wine regions, the more & more we noticed that there were Gin Distilleries popping up.
Gin has always been one of those things we thought only old people drank, but there hasn’t been a resurgence in a spirit like there has been for gin.
Bottle shops across the country still stock old faithfuls like Hendricks, Tanquerey and Gordon’s… But there is nothing better than seeing local Australian gins like Four Pillars Gin and Melbourne Gin Company getting more and more shelf space.
