Kilderkin Distillery

Hand crafted gins of distinction

Since opening in 2016, the owners of Kilderkin Distillery in Victoria have dedicated their lives to create light and smooth drinks for purists.

Their gins are made in small batches in the in-house distillery. Here, you’ll find two stills used for making clean-tasting spirits that you can drink neat and can go well with your go-to cocktail mixers.

Kilderkin Distillery has two types of dry gin. The first is the Original Larrikin, an Australian gin with notes of lemon myrtle complemented by juniper and coriander.

The other is a London gin named Scoundrel, which has juniper and coriander as the standout notes. It also has hints of cinnamon verum and cardamom for an added warm and citrus flavour profile.

You can also get a taste of their Barrel Aged Larrikin Gin. Each batch was aged in American oak barrels for a few weeks. It’s a short time, but it’s enough to give the gin a distinct oaky flavour.

Are you curious as to how to make their gin? You can book an informal distillery tour for a small group. After that, visit Kilderkin Distillery’s Cellar Door to take home a bottle or two.
