It lies in Cooma, which is the largest town in the Snowy Mountains, and is set among rivers, plains and peaks. It is definitely a place where you want to be daring and adventurous and just let go and have fun.

Much as the distillery’s history of learning the rules of gin distilling and then getting more experimental with it. The end result is a product that is somehow peculiar but interesting. It began with bringing together botanicals through extraordinary means to come up with a proprietary recipe that is seemingly apparent to their brand. What started with only 4 ingredients, ended up with more to come up with their famed Bathtub Gin. You can say that the formula got adjusted and eventually improved. It is barrel aged, bursting with flavours having that zest of pepper with hints of floral and citrus notes that is refreshing to the palate.

With a vision that is far from the usual and the thought of coming up with another line, we can anticipate so much from them.
