It is a life-long dream of Tony Jones to create a genuine and real Australian Single Malt Whiskeys as well as other spirits, and his dream finally came to fruition in 2017 when Jones & Smith Distillery was established by Tony Jones and his family. The distillery started with whiskeys and other spirits and moved forward with producing their unique and exciting gins.
