South Coast Distillery

South Coast Distillery was founded by Luke Harding and Oskar Schwab in 2017 at Mount Saint Thomas, NSW. The two were housemates back in 2011 and had a mutual appreciation for gin which made them swore – “to discover the perfect gin for the ultimate martini”. Their exploration led their product (Sublime Gin) to be globally-recognized as 2019 Champion Australian Small Batch Spirit.

Sublime Gin
The Sublime Gin, as the first commercial release of the South Coast Distillery in 2018 and awarded in 2019, has a strong whiff of lemon myrtle and cardamom, complemented with paradise body and dandelion root.

Breakwater Gin
South Coast Distillery’s signature gin is called the Breakwater Gin, a mix of the coast and the classic London Dry Gin. The lingering salty flavour and tang of the coast makes the drinker to have at it back again.

Oolong Old Tom Gin
The Oolong Old Tom Gin is the South Coast Distillery’s newest product which was released on the summer of 2020. It is a balance between the Breakwater Gin and sugar like the Old Tom Gin in 18th century. For a whole new level of taste, serve it with soda water, iced tea, or lemonade.
