Noosa Heads Distillery

'Fortune' Flavours the Brave

Fortune Noosa Heads Distillery paved the way for Noosaville’s first distillery.  It hosts a massive 2,000 litres of copper pot still ready to serve distilled goodness for its visitors in their Tasting Room.

It’s the sister of the first brewery at Noosa, the Land and Sea Brewery, where you can get away from beer mugs and take a sip for Sunshine Coast’s local gin.

Along with the owner Tim, its Signature Dry Gin is a product of head distiller, Jackson. Its version of the London Dry Gin creates a distinct flavour only to Noosa for infusing juniper with native North Queensland honeydew melon. What makes it even more unique is that the honeydew taste gets a better boost from other ingredients such as lavender and dry citrus.

Recently, Fortune released its Navy Strength Gin using botanicals sourced from outside Australia. Found on its 56% ABV is the distinct taste of juniper infused with touches of lemon peel, ginger, chamomile, and finger limes.

You can now enjoy your stay at the Sunshine Coast and boat away with a few drops of lemon on a chilled glass of Signature Gin. Bring home a bottle or two of the best of Noosaville’s first gin distillery and have a taste of Fortune.
