Never Never Distilling Co. is a distillery located in McLaren Vale, South Australia, which is home to many spirit producing distilleries.

Named after the Australian outback, Never Never Distilling Co. is inspired by the outback and the adventure towards the wide unknown.

Never Never started off with three close friends who have a passion for spirits working on a dream of creating the country’s most innovative and exciting spirits.

For the company, it’s all about juniper, the main gin ingredient. They claim to start a “Juniper Revolution”, preferring it to be the highlight of their modern-classic blends by distilling it with their authentic triple juniper method with 8 different botanicals, including the pepper berry, a berry unique to Australia.

The distillery has 4 products in its core range, the Triple Juniper Gin, the Southern Strength Gin, the Juniper Freak Gin 2019, and the Fancy Fruit Cup.

Furthermore, Never Never also has the Dark Series, where they push the boundaries of gin flavours with experimental blends. This product line includes the Ginache Gin and the Juniper Stomp Gin.
