5 Nines Distilling

Located at the lush, peaceful, and scenic Adelaide Hills, 5 Nines Distillery specializes in handcrafted single-malt whisky, gin, and other premium products. Built from the comforts of his home, David Pearse has turned his abode into a distillery. Together with long-time friend, Steven Griguol, they have embarked on a learning experience about whisky-making and distilling. These master distillers have used their skills in engineering and design to build and design their own copper pot still.

With their own designed copper pot still, it created a whole new level of taste for their beverages, giving it a unique taste experience. Creating their beverages in small batches, this is to take full control and to ensure that the full flavour of malt is extracted from the grains. They only use the finest malted South Australian barley.

Take the opportunity to purchase your own selected cask and fill it with the distillery’s handcrafted malt spirit. After the maturing process, you can have your own single malt whisky that is personalized with your label as well.
