Alchemy Distillers

Alchemy Distillers has one simple goal: To create concoctions for people who embrace unique flavours.

Located in Healesville, Victoria, this independent distillery was founded by Evan Kipping and Jannick Zester in 2016.True to its name, Alchemy Distillers’ mission is to explore different distillation processes and work with innovative minds to come up with new products for their shop and other local businesses.

They are known for their award-winning Chamomile Gin, which is handmade with 14 botanicals, including fresh and sweet-smelling chamomile. You can also find sweet and savoury notes of vanilla, cardamom, cassia bark, rosemary, and aniseed in the gin. This is best drank straight to experience its smoothness.

Enjoy your Chamomile Gin cocktail while enjoying dishes from one of Alchemy Distillers’ pop-up restaurants. All the dishes are made by local chefs who want to share their food to visitors. A popular spot is Hominy Southern Kitchen, which is known for its Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger.

You can take the experience to another level by staying at The Loft at Alchemy, located at the heart of Healesville. Guests also has convenient access to a cellar where they can indulge in food, coffee, and cocktails. You are welcome to try other gin-based cocktails made with Chamomile Gin.
