As the first distillery founded in Mornington, Peninsula, Bass & Flinders Distillery was the product of a love for hand-crafted and luxuriously-aged spirits and their own take of the traditional French Carentaise method for distilling grapes. Their grapes, carefully picked for the best quality, are double distilled to produce a vibrant and sweet grape-based spirit. These award-winning liqueurs, spirits and gin, created in small batches from an Alembic pot still, reflect the passion and thoughtful eye that their creators put into every beautiful bottle. Holly Klintworth, part of the second generation of distillers in her family, continues the tradition of producing high quality liqueurs that represent the best flavours their hometown has to offer.

Bass & Flinders Distillery is dedicated to innovating the process of creating small batches of unique, handcrafted liqueurs and gin. They make sure to keep an authentic touch of their hometown of Mornington’s essence present in every bottle of gin. They do this by using the best local produce of their hometown in the creation of their iconic gin, liqueurs and spirits, giving customers that essence of Mornington with every sip.
