Craft & Co. promises to give their visitors the full experience. Their location in Smith Street Collingwood has everything from a distillery to a restaurant and bar. There’s also The Craft & Co. Farm in Bangholme which has a vineyard and botanicals garden.

The distillery produces an average of 100 bottles of their award-winning gins. Their classic Collingwood Dry Gin has a strong juniper flavour and complemented with other botanicals.

Craft & Co. is also known for creating gins with unique flavours. There’s the Artillery Earl Grey Gin Tea with top notes of bergamot, spice, and juniper. It has a sweet taste, so it goes well with fruit garnishes.

There’s also the Gingerbread Gin that has sweet and spicy notes from ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. You can be playful and garnish it with gingerbread cookies. It’s a great drink to serve at Christmas parties.
