The Flinders Island Distillery was found in 2017, from humble beginnings with Betty the Big Still as their first distiller, and 2 small ones following soon after. Their unique, island-flavoured gin is sure to bring your senses to the shore side. With over 25 years and 18 odd awards, Flinders Island Distillery ensures organic and quality gin with every bottle. Their first gin is a traditional style of London Gin, with a Flinders Island twist. The gin is created with organic herbs, and carefully bottled by hand in small batches to ensure the proper attention and quality is present in each bottle.

Their second gin, the Flinders Island Botanical Gin, is an original creation, made with freshly picked herbs grown on the island itself. The star of the show is an herb beautifully named Myoporum Insulare, a type of juniper native to Australia. It is through this process that their unique Flinders Island flavour is achieved. Flinders Island Distillery may be a passion-in-progress, but they look forward to sharing their unique brand of gin and liqueurs with all of you.
