Known for the home of the finest rums and Bundy bear, Bundaberg now has its vodka and gin distilling gem by the name of Kalki Moon and Distilling & Brewing Company.

Bundaberg has been known to its craft of brewing rums since 1800s. However, the former master distiller of Bundaberg Rum, Rick Prosser, has finally decided to create a legacy for Bundaberg by establishing its first house of a gin distillery.

Kalki Moonis a name born from that one night where a full moon rose above the cane fields of Kalkie, Bundaberg. The Prosser couple, together with his best friend and wife’s brother, started their expansion since their passion for blending local organics and botanicals. Their unique version of London Dry Gin bagged international and domestic awards in 2018.
