As the oldest operating distillery in Tasmania, Lark Distillery exquisitely offers high-class whiskies since their foundation. They are primarily known for pioneering the whisky production and will continue producing premium whiskies along with other top-notch spirits. We were able to stay in the industry through our dedication and continuous development of this craft. Their distillery boasts the premium of its single malt whiskeys that have remained original even through time, giving its distinct flavour and spirit.

From then on, they have also added the production of gin into their distillery for many years. Their first gin was called the Godfather Gin, as we see it as the kind of gin that will also stand the test of time and become a basis for gin-making.

Through their efforts, they also bring you the Forty Spotted Gin. It comes in Classic Release along with other distinct flavours such as Australian Citrus, Winter Release, and Summer Release.

Their flavoured gins showcase the fruits and botanicals that are native to the country, giving the exquisite tastes that can only be found here in Australia.
