Nonesuch Distillery

Nonesuch Distillery are dedicated distillers of gin that started from one simple dream of having their own distillery after a chance meeting with Tasmanian whisky pioneer, Bill Lark. They aim to produce top-quality spirits that speak for themselves and proudly represent the place of their origin. This idea led them to the making of their very own Nonesuch London Dry Gin, Nonesuch Sloe Gin, and Nonesuch Sloe Malt.

Even being on a small set-up, they make sure that they are only using the best ingredients with every bottle that they produce. The selection of local botanicals to be incorporated into their products is carefully being done under quality guidelines. The exquisite location of the distillery is also a perfect place to collect pure water from the rain. This water in return, adds up to the distinct flavour of their gin and lifts up the spirit of products.

Being a family run distillery, they are inspired to do their best in order to give you only premium spirits that you all deserve. Through their effort and determination, they are now also producing whisky in our distillery that has the same quality and innovativeness as that of our gin.
