A small distillery established in 2015 by two 25-year-olds in Marrickville, Sydney whom both have the commitment to make absurdly delicious spirits which they want to call the wokest gins in Alexandra Canal.

Pina Colada Gin
The Piña Colada Gin offers a gentle candied pineapple taste with gula melaka and sea spray. The mix of coconut, lime, pineapple, nutmeg, juniper, and allspice gives a gentle candied pineapple taste followed by a tidal wave of juniper and lime peel.

Sydney Dry Gin
Sydney Dry Gin is the original. A classic juniper backbone with fresh green apple, chamomile, and native strawberry gum leaf. It is an easy to drink gin – fresh, delicate, and floral. It’s best served with a strawberry.

Strawberry Gin
Strawberry Gin, in its rich pink hue and fresh complexity from fresh strawberries, hibiscus flowers, and young ginger, is conceived for all occasions. The cube pepper and intensified cardamom elevate the strawberry’s delicate sweetness to loosen the mood of any occasion.

Fool’s Cut Gin
Fool’s Cut Gin, with its rich, classic, full-bodied gin taste with a whiff of grapefruit and an all-night-long juniper finish, is for daring gin drinkers only. Garnish it with anything, this Fool’s Cut Gin can handle it!
