Pretty Parrot Distilling

Pretty Parrot Distillery is a small distillery based in Lavington and Tumut, NSW that uses one of the oldest stills in Australia in producing gin and liquors made with traditional botanicals. They let their ingredients mature by using a stainless steel tanks to produce the proper chemical reaction needed for a perfect taste of the product.

Bath Tub Gin 1 – 8 Botanicals
The Bath Tub Gin 1 – also called Botanicals. At 40% ABV (Alcohol By Volume), it delivers a taste of Juniper, Cardoman, and Aniseed that gives a fantastic taste. To be served best with tonic, Orange, or Thyme.

Bath Tub Gin 2 – Lemon Myrtle
The Bath Tub Gin 2 which is also called Lemon Myrtle, has been awarded as Silver Medalist at the 2020 London Spirits Competition. It contains the flavours of Juniper, Coriander, and the Lemon Myrtle being the dominant taste, hence the name of the gin, also with ABV 0f 40%.

Ruby Gin
The Ruby Gin has a delicious taste of Juniper, Hibiscus, Lilly Pilly, and Grapefruit also with ABV of 40%.

The Pretty Parrot Distillery also has a tasting room also located in Tumut. They offer all the other ranges of cocktails using their three (3) delightful gins.
