Reed & Co Distillery, founded in the mountainous regions of Bright N.E. Victoria, prides itself as a family-owned business that offers a friendly and neighbourly vibe to its customers. Known as the makers of Remedy Gin, a liqueur made with the intention of concentrating their hometown’s essence into a good bottle of high-quality gin. Reed & Co not only offers their iconic Remedy Gin, but also has a bar and restaurant that offers a variety of liqueurs and food. Before their time as distillers, they have spent a long time in the industry as chefs and restaurant owners, and it shows.

The idea for a distillery was born out of their culinary interest in the process of distillation for natural flavours. Remedy Gin distills the wild and unique flavours of the cold Australian alps. It uses actual pine needles in the process for an authentically Australian taste, along with a variety of fruity ingredients. To even out that woody flavour, they use the essence of juniper, eucalyptus, pine and mountain pepper. Finally, they top it all off with a touch of green tea shiso and honey.
