Gin Distillery on Tasmania's East Coast

The east coast of Tasmania is home to fresh water, seafood, and the Spring Bay Distillery. Located near the sea, those visiting Spring Bay Distillery can bask in the cool temperature and serene seaside view.

Their award-winning artisan gin is made using the freshest rainwater combined with sea mist collected from the distillery’s roof. This adds a unique sweet and salty taste. After distilling in a copper still, the spirits are then dispensed into oak casks to give each batch more depth and flavour.

Choose from two gin options: First is the Classic Gin, made with locally sourced botanicals like Tasmanian wattleseed and native bush pepper. It has floral and citrusy notes from juniper and liquorice.

The second one is a Pink Gin, which is a mix of the Classic Gin and Tasmanian raspberries for that sweet taste and pretty colour.
