Stony Creek Farm Distillery

Stony Creek Farm Distillery is founded by Gavin and Karen in 2018 where they rehabilitated their old farm shed to convert into a micro distillery and started producing gin and later on added a cellar door and Gin School by 2019. Their 3 man gins include:

The Classic
The Classic is a multi-award London Dry gin. It has a fresh and light taste contains selected botanicals from their local farm that complements the name A Heavenly Gin. It is best served with a squish tonic and a stick of rosemary.

The Connoisseur
The Connoisseur, also an award winner, gives a full palate experience and is suggested for any cocktails. Citrus, berry, and floral notes gives the gin a light mineral layer and generous juniper taste, perfect for the name – A Divine Gin.

The Admiral
The Admiral – A Sinful Gin, limited edition of wicked Navy Strength gin that is perfect for your favourite hearty cocktails. It contains ten botanicals from the local farm of the owners to deliver a delightfully sinful 114% proof.  It is the strongest gin in their list.
